The proposed direction
Potential areas include purchasing agreements, plan and takeoff imports, value engineering, pricing review, market and land research, and decision support. None of these descriptions grants production authority or promises availability.
The same authority rule applies
It would not replace a builder’s ERP, people, or judgment by default. Any future workflow would begin from approved scope and move only through explicit customer authorization.
