Truss plants do not need generic factory software with lumber words added later.
LMBR is being built around the actual handoffs among sales, estimating, design, purchasing, production, yard, delivery, and management. Those broader workflows are not included in the verified starting Shadow Mode offer unless separately approved.
Start with the handoff, not the dashboard
Every dropped revision, stale material assumption, unapproved design input, production change, and delivery dependency has an owner and a source. A governed workflow should make both visible.
Design judgment remains controlled
Trusses, floor trusses, I-joists, wall panels, layouts, loading, revisions, and engineering escalation each require their own scope, source documents, authority, and review rules. LMBR does not turn a target workflow into a production claim.
The current entry remains narrow
The currently verified public BOLT-ON offer begins with one authorized branch and structured product and inventory exports. A truss workflow requires a separately approved readiness and commercial path.
Next step
Start with the number.
Use the estimator, then decide whether a 20-minute fit and data-readiness call makes sense.
